These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StoryScore (the "Service"), a personality assessment tool operated by Nik Goodner LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
StoryScore is a free online quiz that identifies three archetypes representing your personal brand voice. After completing the quiz, you may optionally submit your email address to receive a personalized breakdown of your results.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

If you submit your email address, you agree to receive your personalized StoryScore breakdown by email. You may also receive occasional follow-up emails related to StoryScore.
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the email footer. Unsubscribing removes you from our mailing list but does not delete data we have already collected. To request deletion of your data, see our Privacy Policy or contact us at the address in Section 19.
All content on the Service, including the StoryScore framework, the 12 archetypes (Storyteller, Cowboy, Pirate, Comedian, Reporter, Guide, Teacher, Connector, Artist, Strategist, Builder, Philosopher), the Center/Vibe/Twist methodology, the quiz questions, the descriptions, the email templates, the brand name "StoryScore," and the visual design, are the intellectual property of Nik Goodner LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The StoryScore framework, methodology, archetype system, scoring model, quiz structure, scoring logic, and all related content constitute proprietary intellectual property of Nik Goodner LLC.
You are welcome to share your personal StoryScore results on social media or with friends, including the StoryScore share image we generate for you. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, sell, or commercially use the Service or any part of its content without our written permission.
When you complete the quiz, your answer selections and resulting archetype assignment are stored in our systems. By using the Service, you grant us permission to use anonymized aggregate data from quiz responses to improve the Service and develop related content.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
StoryScore is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. The archetype results and recommendations are not intended as professional advice, including but not limited to business, marketing, psychological, financial, legal, or medical advice. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
The framework is a creative tool to help you think about your voice. It is not a clinical assessment, personality test, or scientifically validated instrument.
The Service relies on third-party tools to function, including hosting providers, email delivery services, data storage providers, image generation services, and security and bot protection services. Your use of the Service involves the use of these third parties, each of whom has their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the quiz results. The Service is a creative tool, not a definitive assessment of your personality or brand voice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nik Goodner LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to one hundred dollars ($100 USD).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, representative action, or mass proceeding.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nik Goodner LLC from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us in electronic form, including emails, in-product notices, and posted communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if it cannot be modified. The remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nik Goodner LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.
